Progressing in our ability to bring back our moderate length Breath Retentions at the conclusion of the 8 second exhale, we challenge our CO2 tolerance, our glutes, obliques, and put a special focus on “triple extension” of the leg, which is the strengthening of the ankle, knee, and hip together, a highly injury preventative strategy! Enjoy!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
