We begin to up the ante in this class with oblique endurance and equal bicep and tricep work! Training the body to be equally strong in the anterior and posterior through all of our movements. This workout is total body with strength and cardio mixed into one 30 minute blast!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
