This workout teaches you how to combine the stabilizing effect of the adductors with the obliques for maximum stability as you work intensely through your strength and cardio. We push, pull, squat, lunge, and rotate in this 30 minute blast to give you everything your body needs!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)

6. Booty Band Cloth LIGHT
