Do you have a hard time finding your glute in total body exercises? This workout is for you! Every total body exercise needs glute support. This intermediate level class focuses on how to increase glute activity in each exercise. Single leg balance exercises are very transparent in the secrets that they reveal…meaning, the will tell you where the weakness is! We will utilize single leg balance in many of our exercises in this workout!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
