WORKOUT GOAL: INTRODUCTION TO BREATHOGRAPHY METHOD, INTEGRATION OF BREATHOGRAPHY INTO CARDIO, CORE & TOTAL BODY COMBINING.
This work out starts out with a FULL description of Breathography fundamentals and takes you through a full integration of this breath method into a total body HypoXiX workout. Beginner in nature, the resistance is light. You can easily modify the strength with more resistance to set it to your level as we practice solidifying your foundation with this breath technique.
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
