52-Week Postnatal Breathography

Beginning with WEEK 9 after the completion of The First 8 beginning postnatal series, here is your SOLUTION to your first YEAR after having a baby. Now that you have practiced the PostNatal Breathography, you will continue to use PHASE 2 PostNatal Breathography for the remainder of your first year PostNatal. This 52 Week Program will take you through stability, mobility, strength endurance, and pure strength! By the end of the 52 Week Program, you can move onto any 8 Week Cycle in the Corrective Strength Category on the website.
