WORKOUT GOAL: CARDIO, CORE & TOTAL BODY COMBINING BREATHOGRAPHY BREATH-WORK & CIRCUIT TRAINING.
WE are starting the cycle over again with our new strength routine and Level 1 Breathography. This means, for the novices going into this for the first time, your challenge is to hone in on your 8 second Engaged Exhale. For the returning HYPOXiNAUTS, this is a good chance for you to lower the intensity on your body and really get intense with your Loud Shh on the final 2 seconds of your Engaged Exhale. Join the Zoom View Room between the hours of 5-9pm EST on Monday and Wednesdays and 9:45-10:45am EST on Saturdays, and I will check out your form from class! Good luck with mastering this class!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
1. Ab-Ribbon
2. Theraband LIGHT
3. Mini Glute Loop (10-12”) LIGHT
4. Dumbbells: 3lbs, 5lbs, 8lbs, 10lbs, 12lbs
5. Booty Band Cloth LIGHT
6. Pilates Mini Ball
7. Chair
8. Yoga Block
9. Light Pull Up Band or Theraband tethered on door, couch, chair, etc
