This workout is a nice DELOAD from the intensity that has been ramping up over the past 8 weeks. Week 1 workouts are a great way to regroup, lessen the resistance, and work at a lower intensity on the breath and body to fine-tune your fundamentals!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)

9. Light Pull Up Band or Theraband tethered on door, couch, chair, etc
