COGNITION CARDIO [BOLLYWOOD] 8-Week Series

The LEVEL X DANCE CARDIO, a key pillar of the HYPOXiX Studio workouts, combines elements of hand/foot patterns, balance, mobility, and syncopated agility to maximize the cognitive benefits of getting your cardio! I have a former profession as a Broadway dancer, so the DANCE FUN is to the max in these series! Did you know that research has supported that short-term memorizing patterns and learning a new skill while getting your heart-rate up is more successful than repetitive cardio in terms of preventing cognitive decline? Other studies have shown that the combination of learning a rhythm (musical brain) in combination with elevation of heart-rate and short-term memorization enhances areas such as the precuneus and improves reactive and spatial navigation abilities! Add on top of all of those other brain benefits, the cognitive enhancement from REGULATING your breathing with Breathography due to increases in CO2 and therefore, blood flow to the brain, you will finish each 8 Week Series of Cognition Dance Cardio with a a sharper brain and improved cardio fitness. This series can be used 2-3x a week as your 30 minutes of cardio in conjunction with your Total Body Corrective Strength 8 Week Cycles for a well rounded program!
