In this Level 1 Cardio Chunk, we keep it low impact and smooth. The Cognition Cardio component is at a beginner level, so do not be intimidated! This is for you if you are new to the method and/or need low impact for your cardio. Remember, the Cardio Chunks are designed to be 15 minutes long, so that you can repeat it ONCE through if you only have 15 minutes, but you can progress to repeating the CHUNK 2-3x, based on the duration of cardio that you are challenging yourself with. The controlled breathing (Breathography) helps to keep your workout calm and helps to support you staying in a ZONE 2 cardio, of which we need DOZENS of minutes of every week, so please enjoy this CALM INTENSITY!
