MAX BREATH RETENTION: 10 BEATS
60 Minutes of advance/intermediate Breathography with the penultimate of a Week 8 session. You have worked up to this, so enjoy. If you are a lover of the 60 minute workouts, you may consider working on this workout 3x a week for the next 2 weeks to adapt to this program. For intense adaptations, I recommend working on the 45 or 60 minute workouts, and the maintenance, getting 3-4 of the 20/30 minute workouts over the course of the week. This program is the ultimate total body with a strong amount of glute and ab activation in every circuit!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
