WORKOUT GOAL: CORE strength
This Core FINISHER targets your anterior and posterior core with one exercise for both the front and back sides of your body. The Core FINISHER series is best used as a supplement for your longer workouts that may have not included core exercises. Tack these short core workouts onto the end of an intermediate or advanced 30 minute LIVE! Class or your steady state cardio day.
