Using a combination of your Ab-Ribbon and Breathography, you will use an Engaged Inhale and Engaged Exhale to strengthen your deep core like you have never felt it before! Move through each core series progressively from Weeks 1-8, but be sure to stick to the Week numbers that you should execute for 8 weeks based on your Hypoxix Co2 Tolerance Test:

  • LEVEL 1 MULTIFIDI CORE

    Episode 1

    Level 1 means Week 1 of an 8 Week progressive series meant to strengthen the deep core muscles of your spine. Level 1 Breathography means no breath retentions. In this series, we use a lot of unilateral work (on one side of the body) to activate key muscles that stabilize your spine.
