WEEK 8 of the beginning intermediate 45 minute class challenges the endurance of the maximum exhale in planks, push-ups, lunges and squats, adding in 4 beat Breath-Retentions to most movements. What a great way to introduce your body to the CO2 tolerance necessary to be able to move up to the next level of combining Breathography with functional movement training!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
