WORKOUT GOAL: CARDIO, CORE & TOTAL BODY COMBINING BREATHOGRAPHY BREATH-WORK & CIRCUIT TRAINING.
Bringing it back to Week 1 with the Breathography cycles. This is a good chance to really challenge your maximum exhale without the Breath-Retentions. We also bring the resistance down to medium bands and 5lbs weights for a 2 week “de-load” period, which is important after training all the way up to Week 8! Find your core in these circuits with Week 1 Intermediate!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)

5. Booty Band Cloth LIGHT
6. Pilates Mini Ball
