For the purposes of bringing more calm, core connection, and respiratory/pelvic floor stamina into the worlds of the pre/post-natal client, I have collaborated with a composer [Gabe Churray] to create Post-Natal Nootromusic, which are original compositions of music with the post-natal Breathography integrated into the music. Here is a demo video of how to go through this Breath Cycle with the music. I recommend simply sitting back and practicing the breathing with the music while your baby is napping. The next level is to begin to add it to movement for ultimate pre/post-natal core strength! The Nootromusic is very calming, meant to restore the nervous systems of the pre/post-natal Mama...[I have 2 babies, now 4 and 7, and TRUST me, I am employing this breathing each time they are pulling each other's hair out!]. Please visit the Nootromusic section of the website for more Nootromusic options, including tracks that are meant to ignite calm, focus, energy, and playfulness! Stick with your Pre/Post-Natal specific Breathography for 6-12 months after giving birth in order to increase the strength of your core with EVERY movement! The Ab-Ribbon is helpful with staying connected to your core. Reach out to me at [email protected] for private coaching options.

STEP 7: HOW DO I SIT UP SAFELY?
After giving birth, the linea alba (the center fascia in the abdominal wall) has been stretched and needs to regain stability and strength! Something we want to avoid at this time: sitting straight up (supine looking at the ceiling) without attention to the deep core. This can cause excess stress...
