MAX BREATH RETENTION: 12 BEATS
Week 8 of our 30 minute class pushes you to the limit with the highest levels of Breathography and the highest level of the strength combos that you have been working on for this cycle. Think about the CO2 and lactate that you are adapting to as you go through this workout….it is challenging, but it is worth it. As a reminder, you can work on this same workout for 1-2 weeks, 3x a week to become skilled at this one workout. I present to you a lot of variety throughout the week, and if you are an advanced Hypoxonaut, you may desire the variety. For others, because of the high levels of Attentional Control and Breathography, you may want to practice the same workout several times before resetting back to a Week 1 series to recover the body and the breath.
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)

2. Theraband LIGHT
3. Mini Glute Loop (10-12”) LIGHT
4. Dumbbells: 3lbs, 5lbs, 8lbs, 10lbs, 12lbs
5. Booty Band Cloth LIGHT
6. Pilates Mini Ball
7. Chair
8. Yoga Block
9. Light Pull Up Band or Theraband tethered on door, couch, chair, etc
