There are 4 separate categories of mobility and recovery, so make sure to click on the drop down menu to the left to explore ALL of your mobility options!

MA, mobility activation, is going to challenge your mobility with activated muscles as you work them through your range of motion.

Pre-Bed series uses a SPECIAL Breathography pattern and short videos to perform before you go to sleep to deepen your sleep cycles.

FLOW uses flowing mobility moves with core to mobilize every joint in your body!

Recovery uses nasal breathing and corrective strategies to recovery your body immediately after and in between workouts.

Use a combination of the standard Breathography pattern in conjunction with nasal breathing recovery protocols that you should perform when you are looking to upregulate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest, digest, and CALM). It is is recommended that you perform pre-bed mobility videos before bed (a chance to use the efficacy of a gentle Engaged Exhale to improve hip mobility) and short POST workout nasal recovery protocols to speed up your rate of recovery in between exercise sessions. If you CALM yourself with these breath protocols immediately after a workout, you are much more likely to not suffer the consequences of over-training and speed up your recovery by immediately calming your nervous system that has been spiked and working hard during your higher intensity workouts!
