We are now ON FIRE! With this LEVEL 3 class, you can expect to work every muscle in your body while finding your core in every movement. Increasing the intensity with the breath will ensure that you are improving your CO2 Tolerance score over your 8 week cycle. 3 more weeks of high intensity until we break back with a Week 1!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
