This Beg/Int class begins to up the ante in the endurance department! (Again, if you are a TRUE novice to the method, please look at the FOUNDATIONS videos 1. ZipUp Activation and 2. Breathography Fundamentals for practice). After a brief intro to Breathography, the foundation of the HypoXiX technique, we travel through a combo of agility and all of the functional movements. You will get your core and cardio in this class!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
