In this class, I teach you how to integrate that deep connection in every functional movement that you perform! We gently go through hip hinge, lunge, squat, and core exercises that reinforce deep ab connection! You are month 4 Pre-Natal, so you still have a lot of strength and your hormones are becoming a lot more accustomed to your growing baby!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
