WORKOUT GOAL: Strengthen Core & Total Body, appropriate to MONTHS 6 ! This is also a great series for those who desire to find their deep core muscles!
Easy goes it! You are MONTH 5/6 in your pregnancy, and you want to gently work your core as, without over-working, while enhancing stability and mobility of the body. The key is to work at a nice moderate level, through all functional movement patterns, to sustain range of motion and work with high efficacy and efficiency. Practicing Breathography in conjunction with these exercises will support those adaptations while lessening forces on your lowback during this later part of your pregnancy when you biomechanics and center of gravity have shifted significantly!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
