MORNING BREATHOGRAPHY WALK!

Get outside for a walk that brings awareness to both your breathing, your core, and your pineal gland as the outside light early in the day regulates your cortisol and melatonin levels.

Use “2 In 8 Out” Recovery Nootromusic to guide your walking routine as your 7th day of training. Begin with 15 minutes of walking using engaged inhales for 2 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds using your Breathography Blow, Hiss, Soft Shhh, Loud Shhh. Once you feel comfortable with 15 minutes of walking using 2/8 Breathography, add on an additional 3-5 minutes each week as you lengthen your morning walk
