These idle moments don’t have to deteriorate your health. Let’s build our protective-strength and slim our waistlines right here in this seat.
Wearing your properly fitted Ab-Ribbon just follow the beat and my words. Here we go..
Listen to the sound of this melody…This is your cadence… This is your meditation. Simply Inhale for 2 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds, tightening Ab-Ribbon on the inhale and loosening Ab-Ribbon on the 8 second exhale by gently pulling your navel to your spine as you exhale with force. A FORCED EXHALE has been shown to improve lung capacity, improve FEV, and improve oxygen efficiency, all of which decline as we age! This is as much and Anti-Aging protocol as it is Core, Respiration, and Nervous System OPTIMIZATION!
You will make 4 key sounds as you exhale. These are the BREATH STAGES of Breathography’s Engaged EXHALE:
2 seconds BLOW
2 seconds HISS
2 seconds SOFT SHH
2 seconds LOUD SHH
Meditate on these sounds as the articulation of these sounds amplifies your core and cognition results.
When I cue nasal breathing, you will take a break from your core work, meaning RELEASE your core and gently tighten the AB-RIBBON. I’ll cue you at a rate of 5:5, five seconds inhale and five seconds exhale. During this time, you inhale and exhale softly, only through the nostrils and keep your core relaxed. This is your recovery.
Because this program is as much meditation as it is core and respiration work, you must continue to listen to my voice as I will continue to change the pattern of what breathing cycle we are working on.
