Postnatal Beginning [WEEKS 1-8]
2 Seasons
[TAKE NOTE THIS SECTION IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION DUE TO BETA TEST OF THE FIRST FEW VIDEOS...DO NOT WORRY, THESE WILL BE UPDATED WITHIN NEXT 4 WEEKS!]
Regarding the early weeks of Breathography Post-Natal training: Yes, I understand that you are not cleared to actually exercise until many weeks after giving birth. That being said, we must breathe and we must pick up and put down our babies. Therefore, I have developed a VERY gentle breath choreography sequence, inclusive of a gentle inhale and exhale that simply exercises your breathing, core, and nervous system for 5-7 minutes each day. This is a wonderful transition from giving birth to getting back on your feet with full strength and vitality [well, vitality I understand is a sliding scale with our polyphasic sleep right now...but all the more necessary to regulate our nervous systems with our breath!]
