TEST YOURSELF
This sections includes the HYPOXiX CO2 Tolerance Test, the HYPOXiX BREATHING Test, and the Diastasis Test.
PURPOSE OF EACH TEST:
1. CO2 TOLERANCE TEST: This test should be taken every 2-4 weeks to watch your progress in your body's ability to tolerate rising carbon dioxide levels in the body. The more you can tolerate CO2, the lower your daily stress triggers, and the MORE your benefit from your workouts due to the increased blood flow to your brain and body when the CO2 rises.
2. HYPOXiX BREATHING TESTS: This test is not mandatory, but can be a helpful marker for coaches and trainers to monitor how the body is responding to a combination of the Breathography Technique at various levels when combined with functional movement. The body's oxygen will adapt over time and this can be an excellent marker as to your progress. There is both a stationary and dynamic test in order to measure both variables!
3. DIASTASIS TEST: This test is for post-natal women who would like to use this as a marker of progress over time as to how the Breathography Technique is affecting the necessary core restoration.
