Sometimes you ONLY have 5 minutes! Maybe it is in the middle of the day on a lunch break or right before you go to work...I GOT YOU! In this series of exercises snippets, you will perform 1 strength/posture exercise and a little Cognition Cardio, so you are working your BREATH, BRAIN, + BODY in each of these chunks! Make sure to have your Ab-Ribbon to connect your Breathing Core to every single movement!

  • LEVEL 2: HOPPIN' SHOULDER

    In UNDER 5 MINUTES, you will work shoulder endurance and cardio! Only a hand towel necessary for this one, which is wonderful if you are performing this at the top of your lunch break to get your movement in!

  • LEVEL 1: TRICEPS NATION

    In this UNDER 5, we will focus on balance, triceps, and posture as we perform a strength/balance exercise and a quick cardio boost. Got 5 minutes? This is a perfect pick me up for your brain, alignment, and mood!

  • LEVEL 2: ABS + SHOULDERS

    In UNDER 5 minutes, you will work your ABS + SHOULDERS with an intermediate Level of Breathography! As per usual, if you aren't quite at this level of Breathography, but would like to try this movement snack, simply move to nasal breathing when you need to.
