Adding in week 5 Breathography for this advanced, LEVEL 3, class means we are solidly adding 6, 8, AND 10 beat Breath Retentions in conjunction with our total body circuits. Expect a high level of connection to your deep core in combination with your total body circuits with a focus on shoulder correctives and endurance and Cognition Cardio upping the ante with our hexagonal agility!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
