Adding in week 5 Breathography for this LEVEL 2 class means we are solidly adding 6, 8, 10 BEAT Breath Retentions in conjunction with our total body circuits. Adele is with us today, a dedicated Hypoxonaut from the first bootcamp! Adele’s first time back to working out after spinal fusion surgery (lumbar and thoracic) was with the first bootcamp last November. Not only is she off of her colitis meds, but also has been able to reduce muscle spasming in her back due to the hardware using the Engaged Exhale in conjunction with her total body circuits and core work. Cognition Cardio and strength work upping the ante!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)

9. Light Pull Up Band or Theraband tethered on door, couch, chair, etc
