WORKOUT GOAL: Restore and Strengthen Core in the Year following giving Birth! This is also a great series for those who desire to find their deep core muscles!
We are upping the ante in your 27th and 28th week post -birth. Remember to use the relationship with your Ab Ribbon as a guide as to how you should be progressing in these exercises!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
