We will focus on enhancing our brain and body in this session…the BRAIN needs work in the area of anti-aging just like the body…you must WORK for it! These cognition cardio combos are going to challenge you …you can repeat this class a few times over for maximum effect! This total body torcher leaves no muscle feeling unworked!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
