WORKOUT GOAL: CARDIO, CORE & TOTAL BODY COMBINING BREATHOGRAPHY BREATH-WORK & CIRCUIT TRAINING.
Honing in on sharpening the connection to the 8 second exhalation pattern is a strong component of todays workout as we increase the challenge on the endurance exercises that we have been working on this breath cycle. Adding special attention to how successful finding neutral is for finding the glute, we use the glute activation in every single exercise!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
