WORKOUT GOAL: CARDIO, CORE & COGNITION
This INAUGURAL LEVEL X class bring together my former life as a professional Broadway dancer with the concepts of Breathography. With the main goals of cardio, breath-control, cognition, and core, we work on three COGNITION CARDIO combos within this 30 minute classes, challenging both reactive ability and short term memory with the only strength exercises focusing on core! This class is called LEVEL X based on no breath retentions and no equipment aside from your tether point with bands. This is a great class to take 1-2x a week to incorporate your core and cardio work to supplement your total body strength work!
THIS WEEK’S GOALS: Work one Breathography Breath Cycle in combination with your cardio and increase your reactive ability and short-term memory as we learn the following 3 COMBOS that we will integrate into the 8 Weeks of progressions:
“Hexagon Cha-Cha”
“5s & 3s”
“Foot Taps”
We will progress over the course of the 8 Weeks by adding 2-3 new foot/hand work Cognition Cardio combos each week, increasing the number of Breath-Cycles performed consecutively while challenging Cognition and Cardio, and increasing the difficulty of the Core Work!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
