Get outside for a walk that brings awareness to both your breathing, your core, and your pineal gland. The morning sunlight regulates cortisol and melatonin levels.
Use “2 In 8 Out” Recovery Nootromusic to guide the walking routine (PDF). Begin with 15 minutes of walking using engaged inhales for 2 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds using your Breathography Blow, Hiss, Soft Shhh, Loud Shhh.
