In this intermediate class, the OBLIQUE is a main focal point as we learn to integrate the stabilization function of the oblique into core and functional movements. You won’t be disappointed by the feeling of stabilizing and total body torching (including cardio) at the completion of this powerful 60 minute class.
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
