Week 2 of our Pre/Post-Natal Series has us leaning into that 8 second exhale Breathography to stabilize our core to the max! We work our core non-stop, but in a way that reduces the pressure on the abdominal wall to make it pre/post-natal safe!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
