[WEEK 9] POSTNATAL 30min
29m
At Week 9 Post-Birth, you may not even be cleared for exercise yet….this is why we take a gentle approach here and focus mostly on the relationship between your abdomen and your AbRibbon throughout these gentle movement patterns. Week 9 follows the First 8 Program, that is grounded and focused on establishing your breath pattern and endurance. Over the coming weeks of the PostNatal training, you will work on finding those deep abs that you found in the First 8 Program, and integrating this breath cycle into a standing position, practicing key functional movements that will aid you in your current activities of daily living. ALSO, ALL are welcome! I have been designing post-natal programs for years for the post-natal, BUT everyone benefits! Who doesn’t need to slow things down and work on their deep core? No one!!
