WEEK 5 of the 45 minute advanced class brings in the fire with Level 7/8 Breathography in conjunction with upping the ante in our single arm plank (with multiple planes of motion) and shoulder rotation. Additionally, if your glutes don’t fall off, they are sure to make you happy with the EXTRA challenge that is placed on them in today’s class with little to no rest in between sets.
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)

4. Dumbbells: 3lbs, 5lbs, 8lbs, 10lbs, 12lbs
5. Booty Band Cloth LIGHT
