Not only are we training for the benefits of hypoxia, but also building tolerance to those higher levels of CO2 and lactate, which are beneficial in themselves! Your glutes will burn and your held breath will help to fuel these hard working muscles!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
