WORKOUT GOAL: Learn the Breathography for Pre and Post-Natal
Easy goes it! This is your FIRST prenatal workout after finding out you are pregnant. This is designed to teach the specific Breathography pattern designed for the HypoXiX pre/post-natal programs, including The First 8, the 52 Week Post-Natal Program, and SuperHuman Squared, a 32 Week program to progress through as your baby grows! Today’s session gives you a lot of practice with the Breathography sequence for the next 2 years of exercise, fully optimizing your core BEFORE you give birth, so finding your core after birth is not so much of a challenge…you will remain mentally and physically connected!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
