WORKOUT GOAL: Restore and Strengthen Core in the Year following giving Birth! This is also a great series for those who desire to find their deep core muscles!
Easy goes it! You are only week 10 after giving birth, and you want to gently restore your abs as you teach yourself to integrate that deep connection in every functional movement that you perform! We gently go through hip hinge, lunge, squat, and core exercises that reinforce deep ab connection!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
