WORKOUT GOAL: Restore and Strengthen Core in the Year LEADING UP TO giving Birth! This is also a great series for those who desire to find their deep core muscles! Do not feel as though you have to be pregnant (or a female) to benefit from these deep core sequences!

In this class, I teach you how to integrate that deep connection in every functional movement that you perform! We gently go through hip hinge, lunge, squat, and core exercises that reinforce deep ab connection! You are month 4 Pre-Natal, so you still have a lot of strength and your hormones are becoming a lot more accustomed to your growing baby!

EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)

2. Theraband LIGHT
3. Chair
4. Light Pull Up Band or Theraband tethered on door, couch, chair, etc. one tethered, and one free as seen in the picture!
