There is not one section of the oblique or triceps that is left out in this workout. Upping our Breathography Cycling to Level 5, there is a strong chance that you are beginning to feel those adaptations to your rising CO2 threshold! We continue to challenge our shoulder endurance and our split squat with a continued focus on anti-rotation throughout the program!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
