Join AJ for an 8 Week series that gradually increases the intensity of the Breathography breath-work to keep up the intensity of the work as you learn her HYPOXiX functional sequence, functional movement patterns that keep your body strong, but reduce the resistance and impact by using bands and calisthenic movement. This series can also be utilized on days when the intensity should be lowered across the week, focusing more on endurance and breath…with a high level of breath intensity!
