For the purposes of bringing more calm, core connection, and respiratory/pelvic floor stamina into the worlds of the pre/post-natal client, I have collaborated with a composer [Gabe Churray] to create Post-Natal Nootromusic, which are original compositions of music with the post-natal Breathography integrated into the music. Here is a demo video of how to go through this Breath Cycle with the music. I recommend simply sitting back and practicing the breathing with the music while your baby is napping. The next level is to begin to add it to movement for ultimate pre/post-natal core strength!
