Utilizing Level 2 Breathography, you are guided through a beginner/intermediate core series that teaches you dynamics shoulder, trunk, and hip movement in tandem with core stabilization. You will walk out of this workout feeling lifted, strong, and a posture-pro!
EQUIPMENT:
1. Pilates Mini Ball
2. Light/Medium Theraband (long)
3. Ab-Ribbon
4. Light Pull Up Assist band tethered at knee cap height (10-15lbs) (this can also be a theraband tied and looped)
