This Floor Core ISO (for isometric or not moving) works on stabilizing your joints as you hold positions still and stable, reinforcing stability with your Level 3 Breathography technique. We will add 4 beat Breath Retentions into the Ab Choreography, which adds intensity both mentally and physically. You will thank me later! :-)
EQUIPMENT:
1. Pilates Mini Ball
2. Ab-Ribbon
3. 3lb Dumbbells
4. Pull Up Assist Band tethered at knee cap height (10-15lbs of resistance) (this can also be a theraband looped in a circle)
