In this test, you will be taken through a variety of levels of movement alongside your pulse oximter and Breathogrpahy. This is an advanced test, so you might want to wait until you are accustomed to the HYPOXiX method before taking this one, but it is a wonderful method of looking at where your blood oxygen is using a pulse oximeter in relation to your Breathography and movement. Please take this test once every 2 months to see how your body is adapting to the breathing!
