Today is the penultimate! Week 8 of the series that we have been working on brings our strength endurance and our Breath-Retentions up to a climax. Some may choose to work on this advanced workout for 1-2 more weeks to really establish confidence in the 12 beat Breath-Retentions and some will move back to Level 1, Week 1 starting next week to lower intensity for 2-4 weeks before ramping up again! The inner thighs, core, and cardio are all challenged to a higher degree in this workout that strengthens all functional patterns on top of getting DEEP into core and glutes!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)

3. Mini Glute Loop (10-12”) LIGHT
4. Dumbbells: 3lbs, 5lbs, 8lbs, 10lbs, 12lbs
5. Booty Band Cloth LIGHT
6. Pilates Mini Ball

9. Light Pull Up Band or Theraband tethered on door, couch, chair, etc3
