First, wait until ONE of your baby's naps early in the day.
This is your chance to reconnect to posture, sense of self, breath, brain, and body in the beginning PREP videos. At the beginning, we do not implement the full Pre/Post-Natal Breathography sequence, yet we practice reconnecting with the body. Once you get through the beginning days of these simple posture and breath exercises, you will begin to integrate your newly learned Breathography sequence. You can always go back to the Post-Natal fundamentals to relearn the Breathography Breath Cycle unique to pre/post-natal after going through the PREP VIDEOS.
This routine is 7 minutes, and just gets you reconnecting to your breath, brain, and body...there should be no pain in any of these activities. If so, wait another 5-7 days before beginning!
